These clients have specific event-related needs that may require professional guidance, and my goal with every client is to save them time, energy, and help to alleviate unnecessary stress.
Organizations
AG Event Strategies (AGES) assists small businesses, government, and SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal) organizations with their event planning needs. These entities do not have in-house professional event planners on staff but are also not looking to hire a full-service event planning company. What our clients do have is the desire, bandwidth, and personnel to coordinate their own events, but they may occasionally reach out for professional expertise and guidance. In addition to the traditional consulting services I provide, I am also able to assist with:
Creating comprehensive project plans for upcoming key milestone events.
Identifying the ROI and other key objectives for each event.
Understanding how to strategically leverage events as a resource / tool that can be incorporated into an organization’s annual plan, and assisting with reaching organizational goals.
INDIVIDUALS
AG Event Strategies works with individuals who require assistance planning events held to commemorate life’s many important occasions, such as weddings, showers, reunions, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, etc. We like to call them “life’s milestone moments”.
These clients usually have goals and the vision for the event already mapped out, but may need help when it comes to:
Identifying all the tasks that need to be completed, as well as the time in which they need to be completed, in order for the event to be pulled off successfully.
Coordinating documents needed to plan the event, such as a budgets, checklists, and day-of-schedules.
Identifying reliable vendors and venues that are ideal for the specific type of event they are planning.
Regardless of whether or not the client is an organization or an individual, we understand that no two client needs are exactly alike. Because of this, we work with clients in various capacities depending on their respective needs. Our services are ala carte and can be selected individually or coordinated as a personally cultivated package.
