WHO WE ARE

Hello, and thank you for stopping by the website for AG Event Strategies. We are a boutique event consulting firm based in Maryland that specializes in working with organizations and individuals who seek professional guidance and insight when taking on the task of planning an event themselves.

AG Event Strategies exists to exclusively meet the needs of our clients who find themselves in the “gray area” of planning events. For us, the gray area is when a client does not want to hire a full-time event planner to coordinate the entire event on their behalf, but they could benefit from working with an event professional for guidance and recommendations during the event planning process.

From guiding brides through the process of planning their own weddings to mapping out the logistics for an inaugural 5K, we have helped individuals and organizations coordinate very successful events.


WHY WE EXIST

The overall mission of AG Event Strategies is to simplify the event planning process for our clients by providing them with professional expertise, guidance, and recommendations that will both alleviate stress and provide support as they take on the task of coordinating a successful event.

We pride ourselves on respecting, listening to, and understanding each client in order to identify their specific event goals and needs.  Our priority is to ensure that each client is provided with guidance and expertise that will enable them to produce an event that not only aligns with their respective goals but is also a positive reflection of their overall brand and image.

One thing that I have grown to understand about the event industry is that no two clients are the same, and no two events “fit in one box”.

I recognize the importance of taking the time to speak with my clients in depth regarding their events, and during our discovery calls, I make it a point to listen to their event related goals, identify their concerns regarding the planning process, and answer all questions they may have in order to assist them with making the best decision on how to proceed with planning their event.

In full transparency, there are instances where I will not take on a prospective client but instead recommend them to some of my colleagues who are full-service event planners, because that is what I believe would be best for the client and their event.

In instances where I can be of assistance to a client through consulting with them on their event, I ensure that I provide them with the attention and painstaking guidance required that will help them achieve their event goals.

This is why scheduling discovery calls and speaking to clients in depth is so important to me, what I do, and who I serve.

It all started when…

I was a pre-teen, and I realized that the best part about organizing summer lemonade stands, helping with youth conferences for my community, and being a girl scout was the planning. It’s been an amazing journey ever since!
